Bed Bath & Beyond is looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused Christmas Casual Retail Assistant to join our BBB PORIRUA HOME store team!

This is the perfect opportunity to embrace the festive spirit while gaining valuable retail experience.

This is an ON-CALL CASUAL ROLE

To be successful in this role:

• Have flexible availability between 9 November 2026 through 10 January 2027
• You will be flexible, as you may be called on short notice to cover busy periods and annual or sick leave.
• To be considered, you must be available to work Black Friday (20 November), the weeks leading up to Christmas, Boxing Day and into the New Year Period.

You will be customer focused, reliable, enthusiastic and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment. You will take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to positive team culture.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Approach every customer and deliver an exceptional and authentic customer service experience.
• Take responsibility for visual presentation and cleanliness of the store.
• Assist the team in receiving, replenishing and merchandising stock
• Support the Management Team and sales processes while taking responsibility and ownership of your tasks.
